When you’re in the dentist’s chair
Do you begin to shake?
There’s no need to be frightened
Just try to stay awake
For should you feel your eyelids droop
Then you must make quite sure
That you do not fall asleep
Or you may start to snore
And that may make the dentist jump
May take him by surprise
